Scarlet Shore

Scarlet Shore is the platform lead for Project Baseline, Verily's bold initiative to map human health. She previously served as Vice President of Strategy, Marketing and Communications for Alexandria Real Estate Equities and is a co-founder of Riverpark Farm in New York. Scarlet received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and was a faculty scholar at NYU Stern School of Business.

Eugene Borukhovich

Eugene Borukhovich is a serial intra & entrepreneur and is currently a Global Head of Digital Health Innovation at Bayer. He’s also an Entrepreneur in Residence at Personal Health Solutions (PHS), and a founder of Health 2.0 NYC, Amsterdam & Dusseldorf local chapters. Eugene enjoys mentoring startups in programs such as Rockstart, Grants4Apps and StartupBootcamp and an avid blogger about innovation, digital health and startups.

Mark Liber

Mark Liber joined StartUp Health in 2016, where he coaches hundreds of entrepreneurs in the StartUp Health Academy, a lifetime coaching program for over 200 digital health companies. Prior to joining StartUp Health, Mark was a biomedical researcher in rheumatoid arthritis and lupus at the Hospital for Special Surgery. He earned his BS in Biology from Boston College and MS in Health Informatics, with a concentration in Healthcare Policy and Economics, from Weill Cornell. Mark also serves as a NSF SBIR/STTR grant reviewer in biomedical technologies and smart health technologies.
